KIMS is driven by strong social commitment and involves itself in various activities that help in improving the lives of the people. Karpaga Vinayaga Hospital and Karpaga Vinayaga Educational Trust are our initiatives in this direction. These two organizations are dedicated towards community service and education.

Karpaga Vinayagal Hospital:

Established in 2006 by the Karpaga Vinayaga Institute of Medical Sciences, Karpaga Vinayaga Hospital is a non-profit, non-commercial organization, rendering quality medical service to thousands of people.

The hospital has an in-patient facility of a 300 beds and provides out patient consultancy services. The hospital is well equipped with modern facilities and provides high quality medical care at affordable cost.

Karpaga Vinayaga Educational Trust:

The formation of the Trust was initiated by the philanthropic spurts exerted by Thiru S. Regupathy, former Minister for State for Home in association with a group of like -minded patrons who are best regarded for their bountiful services to the promotion of education. The avowed objective of the Trust was to provide facilities for innovative higher education with vocational bias.

RECENT ACTIVITIES

KIMS organised "Largest Blood Donation Camp" joinlty with Anna University, Chennai and Barathidasan University, Thiruchirapalli on 20-02-2009 at Karpaga Vinayaga Medical Hospital which was dedicated to Father of Nation, Mahatma Gandhi.
PROF DR P MANNAR JAWAHAR, Vice Chancellor of Anna University was the Guest of Honour and Dr. Annamalai Ragupathy, managing Director, KIDS & KIMS, Mrs. Meenakshi Annamalai, Director, KVCET was also present and honored the Guest of Honour.
